GolfHires is the golf industry's hiring platform. We connect golf courses, country clubs, and resorts with qualified professionals across every role: from superintendents and PGA professionals to food & beverage managers and golf operations staff.

Why GolfHires?

Golf enables more than 1.65 million American jobs, and the US has 16,000 golf courses. Yet hiring runs through ten different association job boards plus Indeed and ZipRecruiter, and none of them covers every golf role in one place. GolfHires puts golf jobs from across the industry on one board, updated daily, with tools built for how courses actually hire.

Where this started

A friend with zero golf experience got hired at a prestigious country club. Through Indeed. That is how most of golf hires today: on general boards built for every industry except this one.

GolfHires was founded by Marshall Weaver (CEO) and Josh Allegro (COO), two co-founders who came from sales, not from the golf industry. The GMs we've talked to confirmed the gap: there is no shortage of qualified candidates in golf, just no piping connecting them to the courses that need them.
