These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GolfHires (the “Platform”), operated by GolfHires. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may register with an email and password or by signing in with Google.
GolfHires lets you search golf industry job listings, save searches, receive alerts, and apply to positions. Some listings are hosted on the Platform and others link out to an employer or third-party application page. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing or application, and we are not a party to the employment relationship between you and any employer.
Employers may create profiles, post jobs, and manage applicants, subject to any applicable plan or posting limits. You agree that your job postings are lawful, accurate, non-discriminatory, and reflect genuine open positions. You are responsible for your treatment of applicant data in compliance with applicable law. We may remove postings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Certain employer features are or will be offered on a paid basis, including monthly subscriptions and pay-per-post credits. When paid features are live, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and applicable fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Free and job-seeker features remain available without charge as described on the Platform.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including résumés, profile information, and job postings (“User Content”). You grant GolfHires a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and provide the Platform (for example, showing a job posting to seekers or delivering your application to an employer). You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by GolfHires or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Platform may aggregate listings from, or link to, third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, application pages, or their terms and privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfHires and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any hiring or employment decision made based on information found here. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GolfHires from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Platform and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GolfHires is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific venue and any dispute-resolution procedures will be finalized before launch and reflected in the launch version of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
