Oxbow Country Club is seeking friendly, dependable bartenders to join our service team. Bartenders provide attentive beverage service in our dining rooms, at special events, and throughout other Club service areas. Oxbow offers a welcoming, team-oriented environment where employees can get to know our members and help create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
· Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
· Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
· Verify identification and follow responsible-service guidelines
· Process transactions accurately
· Assist with event setup, service, and cleanup
· Support fellow team members as needed
Qualifications
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Friendly, dependable, and professional
· Strong communication and customer-service skills
· Comfortable working in a busy service environment
· Bartending or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
· Relevant alcohol-service certification is preferred or must be obtained as required
