- Spread hospitality and goodwill amoung all members, guest and fellow staff
- Welcome all members and guest to the club; anticipate and assist in their daily needs
- Understand the entire operation thoroughly, including
- CCNB rules and regulations
- Golf Operation policies and procedures
- Perform all outside services procedures to ensure standards are upheld throughout the day
- Maintain a presence at the staging area at all times
- Be willing to assist the operation beyond the areas outlined above to ensure all members and guest recieve a first class experience while at the club.
