Golf Academy Assistant

The Golf Academy at St. Johns is seeking a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Golf Academy Assistant to join its growing instructional team. This position primarily supports a busy Junior Golf Academy and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with junior golfers, wants to grow as a golf instructor, and is committed to contributing to the overall success and growth of the Academy. The role is scheduled for approximately 20–25 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 3:00–7:00 PM during the school year, with some occasional morning hours, special events, camps, tournaments, and other Academy programming as needed. This position has potential to develop into a larger instructional role for the right individual through training, certification, and increased responsibility.
