Trilogy® at Vistancia®: Golf Club & V’s Taproom Trilogy at Vistancia is comprised of three feature club experiences, the golf club, the original community centerpiece, Kiva Club, and the recently introduced Mita Club. The golf course, the feature restaurant, V's Taproom, the full-service Alvea Spa, and the events & weddings venue are all available to the public. Where: Peoria, 40 minutes west of Scottsdale & Northwest of downtown Phoenix, Arizona Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annual + 75% commission on lessons Benefits: New management full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following the first day of full-time employment. Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year. POSITION OVERVIEW: As a member of the Golf Operations Team, the Head Golf Professional is responsible for the daily operations of the Golf Shop staff, Guest Services staff, and coordinates with the Director of Golf to provide first class service for guests—meeting or exceeding established standards for employee and guest satisfaction, and sales and financial performance. This position reports to the Director of Golf. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support the achievement of company goals. Support the Director of Golf and the operations team in the planning process for capital projects and the annual budget.
