On-Course Golf Sales Director — Lead Growth (Remote Fridays)

Bad Birdie is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead our on-course apparel business across Green Grass and the PGA Tour from our Scottsdale HQ. You'll coach field reps and inside sales, own budgets, forecasts, and partner with key accounts to grow the brand on course.

You'll build relationships with golf management groups, resorts, and pro shops, drive door strategy, oversee event logistics at Tour events, and mentor teams to achieve revenue targets.
