Cleaning Professional

Norfolk Country Club is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Cleaning & Housekeeping Attendant.

We take pride in providing our members and guests with a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and pays close attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize clubhouse areas, including the dining room, bar, hallways, offices, and common areas. Thoroughly clean and maintain restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures. Clean and maintain men's and women's locker rooms. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed. Restock restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool house and other club facilities as needed. Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks to maintain the appearance of the clubhouse. Report maintenance concerns or needed repairs to management. Help ensure the clubhouse is clean and ready for members, guests, and special events.

Qualifications

Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to take initiative and complete tasks without constant supervision. Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the facility. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
