Retail Operations Lead: Elevate Guest Experience & Team

Pinehurst, LLC seeks a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the operations side of the Retail Department and direct our retail sales team daily. You will work with golf leadership to develop front-line training, enhancing the guest experience.

Reporting to the Director of Retail, the role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in retail operations, with responsibility for budgets, scheduling, and up to 50 employees across multiple locations.
