Summary
We are seeking a Fine Dining Server to join our team at Silverleaf Club. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our members and guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that reflects our commitment to excellence. This position is vital in maintaining the high standards of our fine dining offerings.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma preferred or equivalentAt least 2 years previous service experience in a luxury private club, resort or high-end restaurantStrong knowledge of the following: English language; five star customer service; casual, fine dining and banquet food and beverage service; liquor, beer and wine knowledgeCPR/1st Aid Certification (if not already acquired, will acquire upon employment)Food Safety Certification and Business Council on Alcohol Education Certification (if not already acquired, will acquire upon employment)Physical Requirements:
Flexible and long hours sometimes required; long hours standing and/or walkingMedium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objectsMust have high level of physical fitnessUnusual working conditions: May be scheduled nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime; may work indoors or outdoors in a variety of weather conditions; working with wet/slippery floors, sharp objects, fumes and electrical equipmentMental Requirements:

Cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility, take ownership in the ClubMaintain regular attendance in compliance with Silverleaf standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the ClubMaintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper attire and nametag when workingComply at all times with Silverleaf standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Club operationsMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all timesMaintain and increase departmental revenues – Promote and maximize profitability via suggestive selling techniques and being aware of upcoming special events and promoting them verbally to the membersAssist team in monitoring and controlling departmental expenses and payrollBuild relationships with members and staff – utilizing the guest history program to recall personal preferences in order to anticipate and exceed member expectationsCross-train and perform duties of all food and beverage service positions (food server, bartender, host/ess and bus person) as scheduled or needed using standard operating proceduresResponsible for completing detailed opening, mid-shift and closing dutiesResponsible for accurate billing of food and beverage services via point of sale system; complete end of shift closing pos proceduresMaintain and ensure immaculate facilities for guests - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front of house and back of house areas using a ‘clean as you go’ philosophyResponsible for flow management, concentrating on busy areas first – prioritizing and organizing steps of service by effective multi-taskingMaintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen and bar areas in accordance with state and local regulationsInform supervisor immediately of any equipment not in proper condition or good working orderInform supervisor immediately of needed equipment, supplies, liquor, beer and wineAttend daily pre-service meetings to prepare for and anticipate service needsRecognize fellow employees for a job well done in a timely mannerCommunicate all guest/member complaints and suggestions to your supervisor promptlyFollow all food and beverage service and club policiesPerforms other duties as required by your managerMarginal:
