Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Food Beverage Manager oversees food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage. This role leads daily service execution, supervises and schedules staff, supports hiring and performance management, and coordinates dining and event operations for member dining events, golf tournaments, weddings, private functions, and seasonal club events.

Responsibilities

●     Oversee food service and beverage operations across multiple outlets.

●     Supervise shifts and coordinate direct staff scheduling.

●     Support hiring, performance management, and team leadership.

●     Manage inventory control and coordinate with vendors.

●     Execute menus and maintain consistent service standards.

●     Coordinate food and beverage operations for member dining events, golf tournaments, weddings, private functions, and seasonal club events.

Preferred Qualifications

●     3-5+ years of experience in food and beverage management.

●     Knowledge of food and beverage operations.

●     Experience with restaurant POS systems and inventory management.

●     Knowledge of food safety and beverage service.

●     Experience with staff scheduling and event management.

●     Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
