Cart Attendant

Overview

Alaqua Country Club is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our Outside Services team as Cart Attendants. This is a key front-line position responsible for delivering a first-class experience to our members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave the property.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At Alaqua, we set a high standard for service and presentation, and our outside staff plays a critical role in upholding that standard every day.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests promptly with a professional and welcoming demeanorAssist with loading and unloading golf bags, ensuring proper care and handling of all equipmentPrepare and stage golf carts to club standards (clean, stocked, and properly arranged)Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging areas, and practice facilitiesCoordinate cart availability and assist in managing the flow of play to support a smooth first-tee experienceClean clubs and provide post-round services for members and guestsSet up and maintain the driving range, including picking range balls and ensuring a clean, well-presented practice areaCommunicate effectively with Golf Shop staff to support daily operations and member needsAnticipate member needs and take initiative without constant supervisionQualifications
