GolfTRK is seeking a relationship-driven General Manager to lead the daily operation of a modern indoor golf facility built around instruction, technology, hospitality, and community. This person is the face of the local GolfTRK brand and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment where members and guests feel known, supported, and motivated to improve.
The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, sales discipline, golf credibility, and strong people skills. A PGA Professional is preferred, and the most important qualities are energy, integrity, service mindset, and the ability to grow a thriving golf community.
Primary mission: Operate the facility at a high standard, increase membership and revenue, lead the programing & team, and make GolfTRK the place where golfers want to come improve their game.
