POSITION SUMMARY The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the daily execution of golf operations at Holly Tree Country Club and serves as the primary operational leader overseeing member golf services, tournament administration, golf shop operations, staff development, instruction programs, pace of play, and daily member engagement. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service while ensuring that all golf operations reflect the standards of a premier private country club. Working closely with Club leadership and the Director of Golf, the Head Golf Professional will translate the Club's strategic vision into consistent, professional, and highly engaging daily execution. The Head Golf Professional will maintain a highly visible presence throughout the golf operation, develop strong relationships with members and guests, and foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability among the golf staff.
