Outside Services

- The Outside Service Staff's primary responsibility is to create a welcoming friendly, and clean environment for all Palmbrook Golf Club guests. - Operates equipment to retrieve range balls from driving range, and washes range balls as appropriate - Setup and break down of the practice facility - Maintains cleanliness and neatness of golf car storage building, bagroom/push cart building and surrounding areas - Responsible for golf cars to include; cleanliness, car supplies and staged - Maintain order and continuity of player traffic - Ensures a pleasant visit for each member and guest; maintains effective memberrelations - Recognition skills to remember member names and preferences - Requires a valid driver’s license - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Position requires significant walking, lifting, bending, and standing - Regular and reliable attendance - Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdays - Ability to be a self-starter whereby little supervision is required in order to accomplish tasks - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced working environment - Desire to integrate quickly with a team to accomplish operational goals - Enthusiasm for customer service
