1st Assistant Golf Professional

Northampton Valley Country Club (NVCC) is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Management Team. Reporting to the Golf Professional, this position helps oversee daily golf operations, maximize revenue opportunities, develop instructional programs, and ensure an exceptional experience for members and public golfers.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about golf, committed to customer service, and capable of training staff, managing golf facilities and equipment, and developing programs that support the Club's continued growth.

Expect 40-50 hour weeks in season and 37.5 hours in the off-season
