Hourly Compensation: $21-24

Hermitage Country Club is a private, family-friendly Club nestled on 500 beautiful acres. With two 18-hole golf courses, a fitness center, racquet sports, aquatics, and multiple dining venues, Hermitage is more than just a Club - it's a home away from home for our members.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our team!

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll help bring the Hermitage experience to life through engaging communications, creative content, and eye-catching designs. From keeping our members informed to helping celebrate our incredible employees, no two days are quite the same!

Key Responsibilities

Keep the Club's website fresh and up to date with events, announcements, and important information.Coordinate and distribute Club-wide email communications.Assist with creating engaging social media content.Partner with our Human Resources team on employee communications, recruitment materials, and social media initiatives.Collaborate on creative design projects, including flyers, promotional materials, and digital content. Experience with Canva or similar design platforms is a plus!

This position reports directly to the Director of Membership & Communications and is perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, variety, and working with a collaborative team. This is a full-time, on-site position, with occasional evenings and weekends depending on Club events.
