Quail West features two distinctly different golf experiences, both of which were originally designed by Arthur Hills in 1992. More recently, the courses were significantly upgraded with renovations directed by golf course architect Drew Rogers. The Club's membership prides itself, not only in the natural beauty embodied by both courses, but also in the distinct, individual diversity and varied playing characteristics.

Qualifications

- Applicants must have a minimum of a turf certificate.

- Prior management experience is preferred but not required.

- Have the ability to acquire a Florida Restricted Use Chemical Applicators License

Daily Duties

- Assist in leading daily golf course maintenance operations to ensure exceptional playing conditions.

- Supervise, train, and support the Golf Maintenance team.

- Oversee turf care, irrigation management, and chemical applications.

- Trouble shoot and maintain irrigation systems, including HDPE fusion.

- Collaborate with the Course Superintendents and Director of Courses and Grounds to maintain course standards and improve operations.

- Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
