Director of Golf Instruction & Player Development

Topgolf is seeking a Director of Instruction to lead our venue's golf instruction program, overseeing individual and group lessons, leagues, and camps while developing Lead Instructors and driving engagement with the community.

The role requires PGA membership or Class A certification and experience running an independent lesson program. Schedule includes evenings and weekends in a high-energy, guest‑facing environment.
