Position Summary

Cimarron Golf Resort is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our resort facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and helps provide a clean, welcoming environment for our guests and employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General Cleaning & Housekeeping

Clean and sanitize clubhouse facilities, offices, common areas, and guest restrooms.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout designated areas.Dust and wipe down furniture, counters, windowsills, doors, and other surfaces.Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property.Clean mirrors, windows, and glass doors as needed.Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.Restaurant & Event Areas

Maintain cleanliness of the On The Rocks restaurant's designated common areas and restrooms.Clean and organize event spaces before and after scheduled functions.Assist with cleaning patios, outdoor seating areas, and guest gathering spaces.Ensure tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable.Facility Maintenance & Organization

Keep housekeeping closets, cleaning supplies, and equipment clean and organized.Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to management.Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.Assist with additional cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Dependable, punctual, and professional.Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.Positive attitude and willingness to assist other departments when needed.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout assigned shifts.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including warm desert temperatures.Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with hours based on operational needs. Scheduling may include early mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional special events.
