(https://thelandings.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Picture1.png)The Utility/Dishwasher Job Responsibilities: Cleans and stores all utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. for food service and food preparation. Removes trash from the kitchen. Maintains clean and sanitized floors. Maintains a clean and safe workstation throughout shift. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen area, as well as walk-in cooler and freezer. Reports any damage, plumbing, or other maintenance issues. Works effectively as a team with all departmental employees. Complies with departmental uniform and grooming standards. Works variety of shifts, as needed, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays. Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned. The Utility/Dishwasher Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to read, understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and to deploy resources effectively. Must be willing and able to cross-train with other responsibilities. The Utility/Dishwasher Physical Requirements: Standing and/or walking 100% of shift. Lifting, carrying or moving from 1 pound up to 50 pounds for 50% of shift. Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching for 85% of shift.
