F&B Supervisor — Lead Banquets & Bar Operations

BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks a Supervisor of Food & Beverage to coordinate and lead the F&B team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to BlueStar standards. This role reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager and drives service quality during events and daily operations.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, manage inventories and budgets, and partner with the leadership team to deliver memorable banquets, weddings, and dining experiences while
