Responsibilities:

Communication between office, foreman, owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorManaging crewsScheduling deliveriesEntering pay roleCompleting and sending site paperworkManage Subcontract and purchase orders.Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorsSkills Required:
