## Greenskeeper at Montgomery Country Club Montgomery Country Club in Laytonsville, MD is looking for a Greenskeeper to join our grounds maintenance team. Your responsibilities include maintaining the golf course through mowing, trimming, top dressing, and treating turf. You'll handle bunker maintenance, change holes, trim hedges, and perform general grounds upkeep to keep our course in pristine condition. Operating golf course equipment is a core part of the role—you'll mow greens, tees, aprons, approaches to greens, roughs, and other areas of the course to maintain our high standards. ### What We're Looking For Bring a willingness to learn and grow in this role. Customer service experience is important to us, as you'll be contributing to the overall experience members and guests have at our club. We need someone with strong attention to detail who understands that quality work matters. Being a team player with a genuine commitment to excellence is essential. ### Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.70 - $25.00 per hour.
