About the Role
TheAssistant Golf Course Superintendentworks directly with the Golf Course Superintendent to manage the daily operations, agronomic programs, and maintenance of our 9-hole golf facility.
Due to the streamlined nature of a 9-hole property, this role requires a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable operating equipment, managing irrigation, fixing equipment, and applying turf treatments as they are leading a small grounds crew.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining exceptional playing conditions and safety standards across the property.
Club amenities we are responsible for maintaining:
9 Hole Golf Course, Driving range, 3 clay tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, swimming pool, playground, Cliffside (lake front property), Clubhouse and grounds maintenance
