Front Desk Supervisor – Country Club

We are seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations at our private country club. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Create and distribute weekly staff schedules in advance Assign daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations Monitor staff punctuality and address attendance issues promptly Train, supervise, and support front desk staff and new hires Perform front desk duties including guest check-in/out, phone handling, and member assistance Ensure proper staffing coverage, including weekends Manage office supply inventory and resolve shortages as needed Prepare and maintain wristband lists (seasonal) and ensure adequate supply Organize and manage guest passes, including tracking and documentation Ensure accurate class attendance tracking and proper record retention Maintain and organize membership applications (physical and digital) Oversee locker assignments and ensure payments are collected and recorded Assist with member communications, including flyers and outreach Handle member concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications

Strong background in front desk operations, customer service, and guest relations. Demonstrated ability to lead a team with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
