About This Position

The Golf Cart/Range Helper performs demanding manual labor to maintain daily operation of the cart barn and driving range at KickingBird Golf. This seasonal job helps prepare, operate, and clean assigned areas at KickingBird Golf (including the cart barn), and they function as a golf range attendant and a golf cart attendant.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Or be currently attending high school

Valid Oklahoma Drivers License and a driving record acceptable to the Citys insurance carrier

Responsibilities: Duties will vary based on the assigned shift (early or late).

Ensure driving range tee is set properly (proper stations for Trackman Range)Drag golf range using tractor as neededMove range tee one-half tee each nightClean Halfway House and the clubhouse bathroomsInspect carts for damage, deep clean carts, and park/charge cartsClean and tidy cart barn area, parking lot, and around buildingPick up trash in short game area, range fences, driving range, and cart barnRetrieve and wash range ballsHelp with the maintenance of the courseAttend staff meetings and safety trainingNecessary Skills

Ability and willingness to work outdoors in potentially adverse weather conditions (extreme heat, winter weather, etc.)Ability to meet the required physical standards for this positionAbility to pass extensive background process and pre-employment drug screeningBenefits
