Dormy Restaurant and Bar, located at The Golf Club at Champions Run, is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable bartenders to join our team!

We are excited to bring a great dining and bar experience to our members, their guests, and the surrounding community. Whether serving golfers coming off the course, club members enjoying a meal, or local guests stopping in for dinner and drinks, our bartenders play an important role in making every visit memorable.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to recipes and service standards.Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system.Maintain knowledge of our drink menu, specials, and food offerings.Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.Follow all applicable alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.Help create a positive, welcoming environment for members and guests.Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, punctual, and professional.Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits is a plus.Must meet applicable age requirements for alcohol service.Holding and maintaining all alcohol service certifications.Why Join Dormy?
