The Lead Outside Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing the daily operation of the golf course’s Outside Services department. This position plays a key role in creating a first-class member and guest experience by ensuring golf bags, golf carts, practice facilities, staging areas, and other outside service functions are organized, clean, and prepared to club standards.
The Lead Outside Operations Manager serves as a working leader for the Outside Operations team and is expected to lead by example through professionalism, urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional member service. This individual works closely with the Golf Professional Staff to coordinate daily play, tournaments, outings, special events, and overall golf operations.
