What You'll DoMaintain greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding grounds Operate turf equipment and support daily course setup Care for landscaping, including trees, shrubs, and flower beds Assist with irrigation, drainage, and course improvement projects Keep equipment clean, safe, and in good working condition Support overall course conditions that members notice and appreciate What We're Looking ForSomeone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors Team player with a strong work ethic Prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining a high-quality environment ScheduleFull-time, hourly position Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support course operations Why Pine Hollow Club You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in the course and the experience we create for our members. Requirements Qualifications & ExperienceNo golf course experience required-we will train Schedule & AvailabilityFull-time, non-exempt position Typical schedule: 40-50 hours per week Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support golf operations Salary Description $19.00/hr or higher, based on role and experience
