Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Golf Club in Jackson Township, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Position Overview: Working alongside the Superintendent and management team, the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will be involved in all aspects of golf course maintenance and daily operations. Responsibilities include: • Crew leadership, training, and supervision • Daily course setup and conditioning • Irrigation scheduling and water management • Pesticide and fertilizer applications • Moisture management • Tournament preparation • Project planning and coordination • Participation in all phases of the new irrigation system installation Requirements • Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management preferred • Golf course maintenance experience • New Jersey pesticide license or ability to obtain • Strong communication and leadership skills • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally Compensation $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
