Luxury Golf Cruise Program Lead

Premier Golf is creating a new Golf Cruise Program and seeks a hands-on leader to design, launch, and operate the initial 3–5 cruises, then scale to 20–30 itineraries. The role reports directly to senior leadership and requires building SOPs, vendor networks, and a cohesive guest experience across luxury destinations. The ideal candidate brings deep golf travel and luxury cruise operations experience, with a proven ability to recruit and manage remote teams and to travel up to 30% of the time.
