Club Manager Ohio Golf Club – Bath Township, OH Build Something Special with Us Ohio Golf Club is redefining what it means to enjoy the game of golf. Our newest location combines state-of-the-art golf simulators, a full-service bar, comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and a partnership with an exceptional on-site restaurant to create an experience unlike anything else in Northeast Ohio. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Club Manager who is excited to help build something from the ground up. This isn't a job where you'll spend your day behind a desk. You'll be the face of the club—welcoming guests, leading a small team, serving drinks, solving problems, supporting our golf technology, and creating an environment that keeps people coming back. Position Summary The Club Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Bath Township location. You'll oversee daily operations, lead and coach a team of 5–8 employees, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and ensure the club operates efficiently and profitably. This is a working manager position. You'll lead by example, jump in wherever needed, and help create an atmosphere that is welcoming, fun, and memorable for every guest. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of the club and ensure an exceptional guest experience Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop a small team of employees Bartend and assist guests during busy periods Open and close the facility, including cash handling and daily reporting Manage beverage inventory and maintain liquor compliance Coordinate food service with our on-site restaurant partner Assist guests with golf simulator operation and basic troubleshooting Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and operating at a high standard Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity Promote memberships, leagues, tournaments, and special events Build relationships with regular customers and help grow the Ohio Golf Club community Work closely with ownership to improve operations and identify opportunities for growth What We're Looking For 3+ years of leadership or management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, golf, brewery, country club, or a similar customer-focused environment Outstanding customer service and communication skills Experience leading and motivating a team Comfortable working behind the bar and interacting with guests Technology-friendly and willing to learn golf simulator systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with an ownership mentality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout a shift A college degree is not required. We value leadership, character, hospitality, and real-world experience over formal education. Golf experience is a plus—but not required. We'll teach you the golf side.
