Hurricane Creek Country Club is seeking a motivated, energetic, and service-driven Assistant in Training (AIT) to join our team. This unique opportunity is designed for aspiring PGA Professionals who are passionate about the game and eager to build a successful career in the golf industry.
Our AIT program begins with a leadership role in Outside Operations , where you’ll gain valuable experience managing daily operations and leading a team. As you demonstrate success, you’ll transition into the Golf Shop as an Assistant in Training, with a clear pathway toward becoming an Assistant Golf Professional .
We believe in developing our team from within. You’ll receive mentorship from PGA Professionals, exposure to every aspect of private club operations, and a structured environment focused on your professional growth.
