As an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of the golf course and ensuring a top-notch experience for golfers. You will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent in managing the maintenance operations, including turf care, irrigation, pest control, and equipment maintenance. Your responsibilities will involve supervising the grounds crew, implementing maintenance schedules, and monitoring course conditions to uphold high standards of quality. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of landscaping projects, as well as participate in budgeting and procurement activities to support course operations. - Associate's degree in Turfgrass Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working on a golf course maintenance team
- Knowledge of turf care practices, irrigation systems, and pest management

- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
