Event Server at Iron Tee Golf Bettendorf, IA

Description Iron Tee Golf is looking for energetic, detail-oriented Event Server to join our team for corporate events, private parties, and other catered functions. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through professional food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down event spaces, including table settings, linens, and service stations

Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate effectively with event coordinator, kitchen staff, and fellow servers

Provide friendly, attentive customer service to guests and clients

Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-30 lbs for extended periods

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Must be able to pass a background check
