Director of Player Development

Catalyst Golf Performance is a technology-driven golf performance company providing coaching, data-backed evaluation, and structured player-development systems. The Director of Player Development will lead coaching delivery, player evaluations, individualized development programs, client relationships, and performance-program growth in the Milwaukee region while mentoring future coaches.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Catalyst Golf Game AssessmentsDevelop individualized player-development roadmapsDeliver private, semi-private, group, and on-course coachingManage ongoing player progress and program accountabilityIntegrate golf-specific physical screening into coaching recommendationsConduct equipment evaluations and custom club-fitting sessionsDevelop junior and adult player-development pathwaysUtilize technology and performance data to guide coaching decisionsHelp develop Milwaukee-area client relationships and referral networksSupport clinics, events, corporate programming, and player-development initiativesCollaborate with Catalyst leadership on programming, coaching standards, and best practicesAssist with future coach recruitment, onboarding, and development Skills
