Our maintenance team plays a crucial role in ensuring the course is in top condition every day. We’re seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance Crew. Job Summary: We are hiring experienced Golf Course Maintenance Workers to join our team. Primary responsibilities include mowing fairways, greens, and roughs, along with bunker maintenance and general groundskeeping. We’re especially interested in candidates who have mechanical experience and can assist with minor repairs and maintenance on golf course equipment. Responsibilities: Operate a variety of mowing equipment including reel and rotary mowers Maintain sand bunkers, tee boxes, and cart paths Perform landscaping duties such as trimming, edging, and blowing Assist in irrigation system maintenance and repair Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment (e.g., oil changes, blade sharpening) Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisor Help with seasonal tasks including aerification, overseeding, and topdressing Qualifications: Previous experience working on a golf course or in landscaping/grounds maintenance preferred Ability to safely operate golf course equipment Some mechanical experience (small engines, mowers, etc.) strongly preferred Must be dependable and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the maintenance team Golf privileges and other employee perks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: Paris, TN 38242 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Paris, TN 38242: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
