Pro Shop Attendant

Description The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests at our high-volume 45-hole public golf facility. This role supports daily golf operations including check-in, tee sheet management, merchandise sales, tournament support, and overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Responsibilities: • Greet and check in golfers; manage tee times • Process greens fees, cart rentals, and merchandise sales • Operate POS system and balance cash drawer • Provide information on rates, policies, and course conditions • Assist with tournaments and outings • Coordinate with starters, marshals, and outside services staff • Maintain clean, organized pro shop displays Qualifications: • Customer service or retail experience preferred • Golf knowledge strongly preferred • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks: Employee golf privileges, merchandise discounts, and a fun team-oriented environment.
