The Director of Golf (Golf Professional) serves as Bent Tree's golf ambassador and a highly visible leader responsible for delivering a best-in-class, member-first golf experience through elevated service standards, clear and proactive communication, exceptional programming, and high-performing teams. This role provides full operational leadership across tournaments, instruction, tee sheet and play management, retail performance, and outside services-including pace of play, golf operations, and cart fleet excellence-while partnering closely with Club leadership, the General Manager who is a PGA Master Professional and key stakeholders to ensure a successful course reopening and sustained excellence thereafter.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Including, but not limited to, the following:
Three years or more of experience as a Head Professional at a private equity club or a minimum of five years as First Assistant at top tier private equity club is preferred.Class "A" PGA Member in good standingFour-year university degree
