**Job Overview**:
Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a dedicated Maintenance & Landscaping Team Member to assist with the upkeep and beautification of our RV park, golf course, and clubhouse at Wanee Lake Golf & RV Park. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy working with their hands.
**Responsibilities**:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering
Assist with landscaping projects to enhance the overall appearance of the property
Repair and maintain equipment and facilities as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping preferred
Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
**Salary**: $10 to $12 per hour based on experience. Expected 25-35 hours per week.
