The Concierge role at Invited is a vital position within the Member Experience team, focused on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for club members throughout their visits. This customer-centric position involves managing phone calls, reservations, and emails, addressing inquiries, and fostering meaningful connections that leave members feeling valued. The Concierge acts as a key liaison, providing personalized greetings, seamless service, and detailed information about club services, amenities, and events. By actively engaging with members through outreach efforts, including social media communication, event promotion, and personal recognition activities such as birthday and anniversary acknowledgments, the Concierge helps build strong member loyalty and satisfaction.
This role also supports various member experience initiatives such as making outbound calls to new and at-risk members to promote engagement and retention, assisting with social media and newsletters, and maintaining accurate member records through platforms like the M360 system and MemberFirst. The Concierge oversees the reservation process for club dining and programs, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations which align with the club’s high standards. Additionally, the Concierge maintains a clean and welcoming environment at the club’s front areas, communicates any member-specific needs to relevant teams, and consistently upholds the club’s values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.
As a member of the team, the Concierge reports directly to the Member Experience Director and is expected to collaborate closely with other team members to meet the club’s high standards of professionalism and excellence. Those in this role must exhibit a friendly, personable, and service-oriented attitude and be capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, and additional hours may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
