<h3>Position Summary</h3>
<p>The Cart Attendant is responsible for supporting the daily outside golf operation while delivering a high level of service to members and guests of The Ford Field & River Club. This position plays an important role in the overall golf experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and a hospitality-driven attitude.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining the presentation and organization of a premier private club golf operation.</p>
<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Stage and prepare golf carts each morning for daily play.</li>
<li>Clean, detail, and organize the golf cart fleet throughout the day.</li>
<li>Assist with daily setup and presentation of the driving range and practice facilities.</li>
<li>Ensure all range balls are stocked, cleaned, and properly displayed.</li>
<li>Clean and organize members’ and guests’ golf clubs following play.</li>
<li>Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags upon arrival and departure.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bag room, cart barn, and surrounding outside operations areas.</li>
<li>Complete end-of-day range cleanup and closing procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor practice facility supplies and communicate operational needs to the professional staff.</li>
<li>Assist with tournament setup, member events, and club activities as needed.</li>
<li>Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all members and guests.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and outside operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications & Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong customer service and hospitality skills required.</li>
<li>Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Previous golf course or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required for operation of golf carts and club vehicles.</li>
