Our Clubs offer first-class amenities, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, fitness Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited’s service service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
Server 1 works closely Server 1 also supports the overall operations of the dining area and assists in service duties as required.
Reporting Structure • Reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager
Maintain high standards of service, following the Invited F&B service training program. • Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring organized, clean, and well-stocked. • Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety. • Support management by completing additional duties as assigned.
Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. • Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any regional and corporate teams to support club operations. • Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.
High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in Food and Beverage service. • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program. • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended exposure to dust, fumes, or gases. • sufficient visual acuity.
Primary Tools/Equipment • Wine Tool weekends and/or holidays.
