Lead Pool Café Attendant (Seasonal/Part-Time) The Club at Tartan Fields – Dublin, Ohio Looking for a leadership role in a fun, fast-paced summer environment? The Club at Tartan Fields is seeking a motivated and dependable Lead Pool Café Attendant to help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests at our poolside café. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is ready to lead a small team while staying hands-on with daily operations. At Tartan Fields, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. As the Lead Pool Café Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality food preparation, and outstanding service. What You’ll Do Open and close the pool café, ensuring all procedures are followedPrep food items and ingredients needed for daily serviceMaintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the caféEnsure all safety and sanitation standards are consistently metOversee and support pool café team members during serviceMaintain high service standards for members and guestsMonitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadershipWork closely with the Food & Beverage Director and Executive ChefAssist with daily setup, service execution, and breakdown What We’re Looking For Must be at least 19 years oldPrevious food & beverage or hospitality experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and lead a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethicAttention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentPassion for hospitality and delivering great service Why Work at Tartan Fields?
