Club Repair Associate

<p>Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, a Club Services Associate will execute all Club Services, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and front-end operations like returns, exchanges, and promotions. They will maintain a premier merchandise presentation to enhance sales and Customer experience, ensuring all areas are operational and well-kept. Additionally, they will assess and diagnose club issues, provide clear communication about repair options, and document service orders accurately to support inventory management, all while fostering a culture of safety and ethical conduct.</p>
