About the Role
Royal Fox Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Dining Room & Operations Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and floor operations within our dining facilities. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who excels on the floor and understands the expectations of a private country club environment.
The Dining Room & Operations Manager will work closely with and report directly to the Food & Beverage Director, ensuring exceptional member service, consistent execution of service standards, and smooth daily dining room operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all daily dining room floor operations
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service, engaging with members and staff
• Supervise, train, and develop frontofhouse staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Ensure consistent, highquality service aligned with club standards
• Manage service flow, table management, and overall dining room organization
• Handle member feedback, concerns, and special requests professionally and discreetly
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service execution
• Enforce club policies, service standards, and hospitality best practices
• Monitor labor efficiency and assist with scheduling and staffing strategies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all dining areas
• Assist with planning and execution of club events, banquets, and special functions
Qualifications
• Minimum of three years of frontofhouse or dining room management experience
• Country club or private club experience strongly preferred
• Handson leadership style with a strong focus on floor operations
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain hospitality staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and memberrelations skills
• Knowledge of upscale or finedining service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a private club setting
Compensation and Benefits
