Pro Shop Attendant

## Overview About Cutalong at Tributer Resort: located in Mineral, Virginia, Cutalong at Tributer Resort spans 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna and is planned to become a premier destination in the state. The development plan includes 891 residential entitlements — estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space, and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club. ### A day in this role You will greet and assist golfers and visitors, providing a high level of customer service while maintaining an organized, inviting sales floor. You will sell golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise in the Pro Shop and assist with tee-time reservations and golfer check-in, ensuring accurate records are maintained for rounds played. Processing transactions is part of the role: you will accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts. You will also process transactions for tee times, golf carts, rental clubs, other equipment, and products, ensuring proper tracking of rentals and communication with supervisors and outside staff. You may help with stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and keeping the shop clean and organized. There are opportunities to assist with organizing and managing golf tournaments and events, including checking in participants, assisting with scoring, and providing event materials. Working closely with other staff and assisting with duties assigned by the Professional Golf Staff is expected to ensure smooth daily operations. ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a golf-related environment - Passion for golf and knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods - Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Salary: $16 per hour (hourly) This role is based onsite in Mineral, Virginia, and involves customer-facing work in the Pro Shop at Cutalong Golf Club. You will use a POS system regularly and be expected to support both daily retail operations and special events as needed.
