Mens Locker Room Attendant

Position Summary Maintain the high standards of cleanliness in the Locker Room while also maintaining the par levels of supplies needed and providing a high level of service and assistance to the membership and guests during their usage. Position Responsibilities • Greets members and guests and assist with clothing and golf bags • Assist in opening lockers for guests • Pick up dry cleaning and drop off to housekeeping • Pick up shoes, delivers to shoe room and returns shoes to locker • Keep the locker room clean and neat at all times • Dusting, washing floors, mirrors, restrooms, showers and vacuum all carpeted areas. • Pick up dirty towels throughout locker room • Clean lockers and fixtures • Serve beverages • May render other personal services as required • Must be courteous and tactful with member and guests • Answer telephones • Assist with first aid and calling Management in the event of serious illness or accident • Other duties as assigned Qualification Standards Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Able to interact in an appropriate manner with members and guests. • Need to be helpful and polite. • Organized and efficient • Detail oriented • Safety conscious • Customer service oriented • Knowledge of basic bartending skills • Able to follow directions • Able to communicate with management and fellow team members Education • High school graduate • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service a plus • Certification in alcohol awareness program a plus Experience • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required • Knowledge of cleaning supplies is a plus • Prior Club experience is a plus
