Golf Club in Hillsborough, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Join our team as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent/Spray Technician and play a vital role in maintaining the condition of Occoneechee Golf Club. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with the golf course management team, assisting in daily turf management, landscape maintenance, and ensuring optimal playability. As a key contributor, you will help uphold the highest standards of course aesthetics and functionality while gaining valuable experience in turfgrass care, irrigation systems, and landscaping practices. This position is perfect for an individual that wants to establish themselves in a Third Generation family business to eventually promote to Superintendent.
Requirements
• At least three years Full Time landscaping, horticulture or golf course experience in a professional setting required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in Horticulture or Turfgrass Management preferred.
